Wij zijn Paul en Mabel Mulder.
Een combinatie van Noord-Holland en Twente,
neergestreken in Brabant.
In 2002, 2003 en 2006 uitgebreid met de komst
van Guido, Jarno en Jorieke.

Mabel werkt als docent en kernteambegeleider op het VMBO van De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg.

Paul werkt als logistiek systeembeheerder bij DAF-trucks in Eindhoven.

Hij maakt bij DAF deel uit van de bedrijfsbrandweer.

We're a combination of the western and eastern part of The Netherlands, living in the southern part of our country.

The names of our children are Guido, Jarno and Jorieke.

 

In 2003 we discovered Intervac, a different way to spend a few weeks in another country.

The luxury of a normal house with all facilities and really living in another neighbourhood.

The opportunity to discover how to live in other countries and not just being a tourist.

We’ve had four exchanges so far. In 2003 we went to Canada, in 2005 to Sweden, in 2006 we changed houses with a family in The Netherlands and we’re just back from a visit to Belgium.

Paul works at DAF-trucks.

He’s a functional application manager.

 

 

Mabel is a teacher at De Rooi Pannen, a secondary school in Tilburg.

 

Guido goes to a primary school.

He likes to paint, make music, playing games and watch television.

 

 

Both Jarno and Jorieke are staying with another family when we are at work. She also takes Guido to school.

 

This “mum’ has got two children of her own and two other children to take care of.

Jarno likes to play with Eline, she’s a few months younger than he is.

More fun than playing with Jorieke, who is too small for the games Jarno likes to play.
